Ultra Seal B-6,000 is a premium, industrial grade, all purpose thread sealant. It is a slow-setting, non-separating, no grit formula that is safe on seals for threaded connections. Use for sealing threads on all metal and PVC, CPVC, nylon and polypropylene piping systems. Carefully read “Suitable for” and “Directions” panel before applying. Brushable to -50°F (-46°C). Temperature range usage: -50°F (-46°C) to 400°F (+204°C). Suitable for liquid up to 6,000 PSI and 3,000 PSI for Gases.
Directions: Stir before using. Clean oil, dirt, grease and any foreign material from threads. Apply evenly to male threads only. On 4″ and larger pipe, first wrap threads with 2 or more wraps for Christy’s PTFE tape. Apply Ultra Seal over the tape. Use PTFE tape for alcohols, acetone, caustic alkai, strong acids and oxygen systems.

Precautions: Avoid breathing vapors • Wash hands thoroughly after handling • Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product • Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area • Wear protective gloves and eye protection • IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing • IF IN EYES: rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing • IF SWALLOWED: Call a POISON CENTER / doctor if you feel unwell • Store in a well-ventilated place. Keep container tightly closed • Rinse mouth • If eye or skin irritation persists- get medical advice/attention • IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of water • Take off contaminated clothing and wash it before use • Store locked up • Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local regulations.
